The Office of the General Counsel (OGC) at Howard University provides legal counsel, litigation and legal risk management, labor and employment advice, contract drafting and review, intellectual property advice and assistance, policy formation, compliance oversight and preventative advice to Howard University and the Howard University Hospital.  The woman at the helm has a dual role.  She advances the effective practice of higher education law and serves as corporate secretary of Howard University and secretary of the Howard University Board of Trustees.  On this episode of “The Journey,” Dr. Wayne Frederick chats with General Counsel and Secretary of the Board of Trustees, Florence Prioleau.
