More violence rocked the District of Columbia in a rush-hour shooting on a busy stretch of Georgia Avenue NW. Four people were shot, including an 8-year-old.

The victims two adult males were able to drive themselves to the hospital. At The hospital one of the victims succumbed to his injuries.
