Stress Relief: The Benefits Of Laughter

Most have heard laughter is good for the soul. Noticing people that laugh can appear more youthful. Even the bible mentions the benefits of laughter. Proverbs 17:22 (NIV) says, “A cheerful heart is a good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones. Laughter is a gift from God. Laughter is a great way to stay encouraged.”

Based on findings from  laughing isn’t the cure for health issues, but it does relieve stress. Laughter has both short and long-term benefits.
