Jonathan Majors Found Guilty For Assault And Harassment Of Ex-Girlfriend

According to NBC News, actor Jonathan Majors, 34, was “found guilty on Monday of two of the four counts against him.”

Majors was found guilty of a misdemeanor assault against ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari, 30 from an incident on March 25, 2023.

During the trial Majors did not testify, but in Jabbari’s several testimonies, she stated, she looked at the actor’s phone and saw another woman’s name. The text said, “Wish I was kissing you right now,” according to prosecutors. When she was going to grab his phone, he allegedly responded by pulling her finger, twisting her arm behind her back, and hitting her in an attempt to get his phone back.

She also testified that she was afraid of Majors and believed he’d harm himself if she broke up with him.

As a result of the verdict, a new restraining order was set. The ruling is set for February 6th. If he is found guilty, it is a possibility he’d get up to a year in jail for Major.
