Mariah Carey Wants ‘Primary Custody’ Of Twins With Ex Nick Cannon

Mariah Carey is seeking primary custody of the twins, Morocco and Monroe, which she shares with her ex-husband Nick Cannon.

According to RadarOnline.com, Mariah Carey is seeking primary custody of the twins, Morocco and Monroe, which she shares with her ex-husband Nick Cannon.

The move comes after Nick welcomed his 12th child into the world, Halo Marie, with Alyssa Scott. The couple lost a son last year to brain cancer.

“The reality of the situation is that Monroe and Moroccan are usually with Mariah anyway. Nick doesn’t see much of them,” said a source, noting that he is a loving parent who tries to spend as much time with them as he can.

The source continued by saying, “But she wants to put him on notice that he can’t just flit in and out of their lives while he attends to his other children. And she wants legal standing as the twins’ primary caregiver.”

The father of 12 children said in an interview on The Checkup with Dr. David Anges recently, “Being a father of multiple kids, it’s always the biggest guilt on me is that I don’t get to spend enough time with all my children”.
