The Federal City Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority is joining the DC Department of Parks and Recreation for the 19th Annual Community Day, a free neighborhood resource festival August 1st 11am to 3pm at the Deanwood Recreation Center in NE.
