An investigation is under way after video showing Metro Transit Police using a taser on an unarmed man at the U Street Metro Station. Saturday, officers responded to a call of juveniles threatening riders with sticks. Police say the man, who was not involved in the incident, began interfering with their investigation. He was then tased. The juveniles were not charged. Video of the incidents has spread across social media. Police say an internal investigation is being conducted.
