Maryland Governor Larry Hogan announced this afternoon that three cases of the omicron variant of the coronavirus have been found in the state. The cases have been found in the Baltimore area. Two of the cases are from the same household. One of the people in that household recently traveled from South Africa. The third case is unrelated to the first two.
