The Anacostia Economic Development Corporation (AEDC) Scholarship Foundation Board is proud to sponsor the 24th Annual Albert R. “Butch” Hopkins Memorial Scholarship Foundation Golf Tournament. AEDC, led by Stanley Jackson – President/CEO, is a non-profit community development corporation organized to help address the overall economic development needs of Anacostia/Far Southeast Washington, D.C. 

The AEDC Albert R. “Butch” Hopkins Memorial Scholarship Foundation was established to provide scholarship funding to deserving high school graduates of Anacostia High Schools and Ballou two DC-based institutions dedicated to cultivating and empowering socially engaged leaders for college, career, and global success.
