(Chicago, IL) — Attorneys for R&B star R. Kelly will now get a chance to look at an alleged pornographic video that reportedly shows the singer having sex with an underage girl about 20 years ago. Cook County prosecutors handed the singer’s defense team the DVD today in Cook County Court. Kelly lawyer Steve Greenberg says he believes the tape is the same one played for jurors in his clients 2008 trial, when the entertainer was acquitted on all counts. The judge said he hoped to see at least one of the four cases against Kelly go to trial early next year.
