(Columbia, MD) — Lawsuits are being filed over coronavirus restrictions at Montgomery and Prince George’s counties and Baltimore City restaurants. Restaurant Association of Maryland President Marshall Weston says the suits were filed today because restaurant employees are suffering due to the pandemic. Weston also says there’s little evidence showing the virus spreads at restaurants, meaning indoor bans don’t make sense. A Maryland judge issued a temporary injunction over Anne Arundel County’s indoor dining ban this week.
