(Washington, DC) — Metropolitan Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a car that may be connected to the weekend shooting of a young girl. Officials hope that car will lead them to a suspect in the Saturday shooting of seven-year-old Reagan Grimes. Investigators say Grimes was shot and severely injured while she was with her family riding her scooter in the 35-hundred block of Jay Street NE. Police say a surveillance video caught the image of a white car in the area at the time of the youngster’s shooting.
