Metro Shooter Identified

Police have identified the person responsible for the shooting that took place on the platform at the L’Enfant Plaza Metro station Thursday afternoon and that left a bystander injured.    That shooter is 40-year-old Demarvzia Caston.  Police say Caston, following an argument, was aiming at someone else when a stray shot struck a woman.  Police say that victim was not hospitalized.
