What are the best ways to avoid conflict during Thanksgiving dinner and gatherings?

100 turkeys were given to families serviced by the Alexandria Redevelopment Housing Authority in Virginia and the Rainbow Community Development Center in Montgomery County, Maryland. To help make the meal complete, Shabach Ministries, Inc. kicked in 100 bags of food filled with stuffing, cranberry sauce, sweet potatoes, bread, butter, white potatoes, greens, and more.

Doing Good In the Neighborhood — WHUR, the Steve Harvey Morning Show, Shabach Ministries, Inc., Ward 8 Councilmember Trayon White, US Coast Guard, Metropolitan Police Department, Johnson Middle School, Union Temple Baptist Church, and a host of others helped to pack and donate 1,500 turkeys and bags of food to feed needy families in Ward 8, the poorest community in DC.
