Sesame Workshop Promises Bias Training for Sesame Place Staff After Viral Video Incident

Sesame Place will train employees after a viral video appeared to show racial bias by performers.

Over the weekend, an incident took place at Sesame Place in Philadelphia and was shared on Twitter.

A performer appears to high-five audience members until reaching two black children.

At this point, the performer chooses to wave them off as they pass by.

Sesame Workshop says that they are aware of the incident and have contacted Sesame Place to ensure action is taken.

As a result, they have been told there will be “bias training” and a thorough review of how performers interact with families and guests.

Do you think “bias training” will be enough for an incident like this?

Peter Thomas Calls Phaedra Parks ‘Messy as Hell,’ Admits He ‘Never’ Liked the Attorney

In a recent interview Peter Thomas, formerly of Real Housewives of Atlanta said he never liked Phaedra Parks. He said when he first met Apollo, Phaedra’s now ex-husband, he said they were going to fight because of an interview Peter did where he said he never liked Phaedra. Cardi B Reveals Her Hatred For Deadbeat Mothers

Cardi B was very vocal recently about her hatred for deadbeat mothers and expressed that hatred in a recent interview. Cardi said, “There weren’t a lot of artists out there who had babies at the beginning of their career. I didn’t have an album out when I found out I was pregnant.” She continued, “Everybody was so nervous for my career and future, but I kept telling them, ‘It’s easy. Trust me, I’m going to have a nanny, and she’s going to travel up and down with me. It’s not even going to be a hassle.” She added, “When the baby got here, I couldn’t even think about getting a nanny because I was afraid of anybody being around her besides my family. I’ve never had a nanny for Kulture.” Cardi continued, “Your parents have already lived their life and raised their kids. They are older and don’t have the same energy as someone in their 20s. I’m never far from my kids because that’s my responsibility as a mother.” She added, “There is no excuse, we have to do it. I have compassion for good mothers who get up and hustle and work, or even not work – having kids is work. Raising a kid is work. I have so much hatred for deadbeat mothers and fathers. It’s like, yo, bringing a baby into this world isn’t just like, ‘I’ll figure it out. You have to be ready because you as a parent is all they got and all they want.”   If you could afford a nanny, then would you hire one to help you with raising your kids?

He has the unmitigated gall to take my money, stand up the residents of Houston, then return to the city to perform on August 17, 2022. Beyoncé’s mother put a stop to Solange being the backup singer in the movie Austin Powers film Goldmember after hearing the song she was to perform.  Solange Knowles was to sing the lyric, ‘He’s got the Midas touch, but he touched it too much’ but Tina Knowles wasn’t having it.  Solange was only 15-years-old at the time and even though she was already set to play the role another actress had to be cast. Sybil Azur eventually filled in the role, though Solange was given a credit for the film. What is something your mother made you do that you’re still not over?

“He was much younger, ya’know what I’m saying,” Ne-Yo recalled. “Things are good, I’m really digging his voice and his energy.”

Ne-Yo told the FAQ Podcast hosts that when he returned to his home he couldn’t find Daye, and “sure enough” he was asleep in the master bedroom with a girl.

“He didn’t have no excuse, what could he say? I gave you one rule. One. Told you one place you couldn’t go,” Ne-Yo shared, saying he was definitely upset at the time.

“Not only are you in my room, you in my bed. In my bed with somebody,” Ne-Yo said. “That was kind of the end of that situation.”

Lucky Daye is currently signed to Keep Cool Records And RCA. His hit song Roll Some Mo peaked on Billboard at number 8 and remained on charts for 26 weeks.

Medical Monday: Menopause

January 6 Committee To Focus On Trump’s Tweet “Be Wild!”

Tuesday’s hearing will aim to make the case that Trump gave the signal to hundreds of supporters who stormed the Capitol.

(Washington, DC) — The House committee investigating the January 6th Capitol riot will focus this week on former President Donald Trump’s tweet urging supporters to come to Washington on January 6th. Tuesday’s hearing will aim to make the case that Trump gave the signal to hundreds of supporters who stormed the Capitol. Britain’s The Guardian reports sources say the committee will home in on a tweet Trump posted on December 19th, 2020 when he wrote, “Big protest in DC on January 6th. Be there, will be wild!” A mob broke into the Capitol, sending members of Congress to scramble to safety as they met to certify President Biden’s electoral college victory.
